Terms of Use

By using DocHeron you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and plain.

The service

DocHeron provides online tools to edit, sign, convert and organise documents. Free tools need no account. We may add, change or pause tools, for example to fix a problem.

Your files and responsibilities

• Your files remain yours. We claim no rights over them.
• Only use files you have the right to use, and use DocHeron lawfully. Do not use it to forge documents or signatures, to deceive anyone, or to send unwanted email.
• Please check every result before relying on it, including that erased or hidden content is really gone and that conversions are complete and correct.

Signatures

DocHeron lets you place your signature on a document. It does not verify identity. Whether a signed document is legally binding depends on the law where you are and on the agreement between the people signing.

Fair use

To keep DocHeron free and fast for everyone, server tools and Send to email have daily limits, and automated or bulk use is not allowed. We may block use that harms the service or other people.

Paid services and refunds

Paid services are not open yet. When they open:

• You see a free preview and the exact price before paying. There is no subscription and no account.
• Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and issues your receipt.
• Credit-pack credits do not expire.
• If a paid result is wrong and trying again doesn't fix it, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund that purchase.

No warranty

DocHeron is provided "as is". We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DocHeron is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved (zero for free tools). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

DocHeron shows a panel for KingGuardAI, a security service from the makers of DocHeron. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their own terms apply.
